Orders can’t be changed or canceled after the warehouse processing has been initiated. Please, contact our support team as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot take action on an order that is already being processed.
We therefore suggest that you return the product to us as soon as you receive it, if you don’t want it. For your return to be eligible for a refund, the package must be unpacked. As soon as our logistics department receives your return, a refund will be requested from our accounting department which will then be applied to your account.
In case you entered the wrong country in the delivery address, and your desired destination isn’t covered by our logistics services at the moment (please, see the section “where do you ship orders?”), we’ll have to cancel your order. Your money will be refunded.
