All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5-10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees. ! Make sure you provide all necessary information in time, otherwise we may not be able to process your cancellation request before shipping.
Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from being shipped from our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for the corresponding shipping and restocking fee incurred. Typically, most orders are automatically fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time they are received.
After the item is shipped to you, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and kept unopened. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. ATMO reserves the right to charge applicable fees including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds
Please confirm with customer support that a refund was approved.
If the refund was approved and you haven’t received a refund after seven business days, we advise you to contact your credit card company and/or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received your refund within 21 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
